Absolutely! … its really true … The ones with a gr8 vocab can insult without being obscene … and its a real treat to witness …
Yeah Anup. I thought about political vendettas and how they are put across the table. Public speaking definitely demands a good degree of vocabulary - let the speaker might seem \”obscene\” in the contex that he is talking. I had a very different thought in mind when I read this line. That is why I wrote it here.
But now that so many people have asked me the correct context, it is interesting to see the multitude of connotations that this single statement has.
