I shall be getting the Bajaj Avenger bike by next week. Finally heard from guys at Intel about the distribution of prizes for the kismat ki chaabi contest. So out of the total prize money of INR 1 lac, the available prize money after taxes is INR 69,400. An interesting thing to note is the sharp difference in the price of Avenger in Mumbai as compared to Delhi. The on-road price for the bike in Delhi is in the range of INR 62,000-INR 63,000 whereas in Mumbai the price is nearly INR 71,000. And that too without the accessories. How about the others? I am wondering if the rest of the people are done with claiming their contest prizes; as for me … the next week would be VROOOOM !!

The contest was for a limited time only. However, you can always check up the Intel site to see if the offer is still on. I got a call from Intel when I had won. Moreover, also take into account that only one lucky winnder was selected everyday from a group of people who had registered the previous day. So you need to check up on all these things.
